A program loaded. How do you get this lovely little horse rolling or rocking, traditional toy that delights children still little boys ? We shall see, following the successive stages of manufacture.
1 ° Cutting and Grinding
The crude cardboard, only raw material used, is cut, hot stamped. The cardboard is then cast into molds at 230 ° working. The molding time was 2 minutes to 2 ½ minutes, depending on the skills of the worker.
